A slow flow yoga class that is prenatal safe. The class sequence will include poses that equally strengthen and stretch the body. The goal of the class is to leave the student in a state of tranquility

Cancellation Policy

Dear Yogis, We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to experience the benefits of our classes, we have designed a non-refundable cancellation policy that still offers flexibility and support. If for any reason you are unable to attend a class you've booked, we encourage you to consider using that class for a different session. We believe that the knowledge and tranquility gained from each practice can be applied in various moments of your journey. By embracing this policy, you're not only securing your spot in a class, but you're also investing in your own well-being. If circumstances prevent you from joining, remember that your practice can seamlessly flow into another session that suits your schedule.
