Steps to steady the mind ...

The very definition of Yoga is " the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind" - Pantanjali. The yoga shapes are just one portion of the practice. The best part about being a yogi is that the discipline is exactly that, a practice. As we transition into a new season, and are in the height of the space between elul and tishrei, I made a checklist to hold myself accountable on and off the mat. Feel free to screenshot and use the checklist too. My goals in my yoga practice have changed throughout the years and in this upcoming season my primary goal is to develop a stronger and calmer mind while staying consistent in all of my affairs.
